These terms and conditions (also referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between mmr123 and any person ("player" or "user") who accesses, browses, registers an account on, or otherwise uses the mmr123 platform (www.mmr123.run) in any way.
By accessing and using the platform, you are considered to have read and fully agreed to the terms and conditions in this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
1. General Terms
mmr123 is an online gaming platform offering football betting, Live Casino, Slots, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger and other casino games in Myanmar Kyat. The following general terms apply in full to the use of these services.
1.1 Language and Definitions
In this agreement, "platform" refers to mmr123's website, mobile website and all related services. "Player" refers to any individual who holds a registered account. "Currency" refers to Myanmar Kyat (MMK).
1.2 Legal and Citizenship Responsibilities
Players acknowledge that they are personally responsible for using the platform in compliance with the laws and regulations in force in their place of residence, region or country. This service is intended only for private individuals accessing it for personal entertainment purposes.
1.3 Service Availability
mmr123 aims to provide the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, please note that temporary interruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, network issues or other circumstances beyond the platform's control.
2. Account Registration and User Status
2.1 Accurate Information
Every player must provide complete and accurate personal details including name, date of birth, contact information and payment information. An account opened with inaccurate information may be closed without prior notice, and the balance in that account may be restricted.
2.2 Single Account
Each player may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, the additional accounts will be closed without prior notice and may be deleted without a refund.
2.3 Security Responsibility
Players must keep their account username and password secure. Credentials must not be shared with any third party. If any unauthorized access occurs, the player must notify customer service immediately.
3. Age Restriction
mmr123 may only be used by players aged 21 and above. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing the platform, registering an account or playing.
mmr123 may use any reliable method to verify a player's age, and can only continue providing the service to players who can prove their correct age with a valid ID. Accounts opened with a false age declaration may be closed without a refund.
4. Deposits
4.1 Accepted Methods
Deposit methods available on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and Bank Transfer.
4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
Regardless of the deposit method used, the minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks.
4.3 Deposit Processing Time
We aim to process deposits promptly. The time for a deposit to appear in your account depends on the chosen method and banking hours.
4.4 Fees
mmr123 does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, players should be aware that fees may be charged by their payment service provider.
4.5 Financial Verification
mmr123 reserves the right to review a player's deposit transactions. If any financial irregularities are found, the provisions under Section 9 of this agreement may be applied.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Please note that processing may take longer in cases where additional verification is required.
5.3 Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals are processed using the same method that was used to deposit. Available withdrawal methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.
5.4 Verification
For large withdrawals or for security purposes, mmr123 may request a digital copy of the player's national registration card (NRC / ID Card) to verify their identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily restricted on accounts that have not completed verification.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
The mmr123 welcome bonus gives you a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.
Example:
- Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks.
- Deposit 680,000 Ks and receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 1,180,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks.
6.2 Wagering Requirement
Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after wagering 15 times the bonus amount. If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds and any winnings from them will be forfeited.
6.3 Bonus Cancellation
mmr123 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if a player attempts to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, or if they are found to be abusing the bonus system.
6.4 Other Promotions
All promotions — including limited-time promotions, VIP cashback, and 5% referral bonuses — have their own terms, which are shown in full on the relevant promotion page on the platform. Those terms apply alongside this general agreement.
7. Game Rules
7.1 Player Responsibility
Each player is solely responsible for their own gaming decisions. All financial and gameplay decisions are entirely the player's own, and mmr123 will not make gaming decisions on behalf of any player.
7.2 Wins and Losses
Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be predicted by mmr123. Players should understand that there is a risk of loss in every game.
7.3 Prohibited Play Methods
Using software tools to exploit the gaming system, cheating, or colluding with others to manipulate games — if any of these are detected, the account may be closed without a refund and, where necessary, referred for legal action.
7.4 Technical Issues
If a disconnection occurs during play, our server records are used as the definitive record of the game state. mmr123 is not responsible for losses caused by issues with the player's device or internet connection.
8. Prohibited Activities
Players must not engage in any of the following activities by any means—
- Laundering money obtained through illegal means via this platform
- Using a third party's account or bank card for deposits without the owner's consent
- Two or more people colluding to analyse games and manipulate the platform into a payout position
- Claiming the same bonus repeatedly using a second account
- Accessing the platform with unauthorised software such as bots, scripts, or automation tools
- Conducting any activity through this platform that violates Myanmar or international law
If any such activity is detected, mmr123 reserves the right to share that person's information with organisations authorised to act without civil or criminal liability.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
9.1 Suspension by mmr123
If a player is found to have violated any term of this agreement, mmr123 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account without prior notice.
9.2 Closure by the Player
If a player wishes to close their own account, they can contact customer service and submit a request. Before closing the account, please check any remaining balance and wagering requirement details.
9.3 Inactive Accounts
Players should understand in advance that mmr123 may manage accounts that have had no activity for an extended period according to its set conditions. To reactivate such an account, players can contact customer service.
10. Personal Data Protection
Players' personal data is well protected in accordance with mmr123's Privacy Policy. We use the personal data provided by players only to manage accounts, process financial transactions, and meet legal compliance requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability
mmr123 is not responsible for any financial losses (including gambling losses), data losses, or issues arising from technical causes resulting from a player's use of the service.
Our limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Players acknowledge that they understand the risks of gambling and that they play of their own free will.
12. Amendments to Terms
mmr123 reserves the right to amend any provision of this agreement at any time. Amendments will be published on this page and take effect from the date they are posted. Accounts that continue to use the platform after any amendment will be considered to have accepted the revised terms.
